Sk\u00e4r champinjoner och squash och stek i panna. Pressa ner tv\u00e5 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor och krydda med salt och peppar. Stek halloumi och g\u00f6r en sallad med ruccola, bladspenat och k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater. R\u00f6r ihop en salladsdressing av dijonsenap, olivolja, balsamicoglaze, salt, peppar och vatten. <\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6rig moghrabiah, salt halloumi, syrliga tomater, vitl\u00f6kiga gr\u00f6nsaker och en fr\u00e4sch sallad med dressing. Allt funkar v\u00e4ldigt v\u00e4l tillsammans.
